Th3rdLevel clothing

Friends of E19 will know that around 5 years ago, we set up Th3rdlevel - an ethical clothing brand placing an emphasis on sustainability, inclusivity and mentoring within our business ethos. You knew that when you saw that Th3rdLevel yellow square you were getting an incredible back story along with your hoody or hat.

Our team were entirely made up of young people with disabilities and their mentors learning how to set up and run a business with the goal of making it sustainable enough to offer long term employment for young people who had limited access to work elsewhere.

Full transparency: We gave it our best shot. Our team worked incredibly hard to make Th3rdLevel a success - and it was! We had a couple of years of pure joy, we learnt so many aspects of setting up a business that our brains hurt and we met sooooo many wonderful people along the way. Our young adults took part in photoshoots and fashion shows and designed several ranges of wonderful designs that we see customers wearing to this day. Th3rdLevel, as a brand and as an ethose, worked. But buidling a business is hard! AND expensive! Our small team of dedicated mentors just couldn't survive running it alongside our 'day jobs' and life and.... well you know, pandemics and everything.

So. Is Th3rdLevel gone? As a separate business yes it is. Unfortunately we had to call it a day. BUT. The will, the enthusiasm, the motivation and the care is definitely still there. The brand is still AMAZING and the young adults still want to create and want to find quality work experience opportunities and that is why we have taken the Th3rdLevel clothing line brand back under the wing of E19 and in a smaller, but still important way, we will be continuing to offer it under the wider E19 range of products and we will use it as a training tool for our young adults.
